About the Journal

Journal of English Language Education and Applied Linguistics (JELAL)  is an international, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing original research and high-quality scholarly studies in the fields of English language education, applied linguistics, language policy, language assessment, and multilingual communication. The journal particularly welcomes research addressing educational and linguistic issues, emerging trends, and innovative practices in North African and Middle Eastern contexts while encouraging contributions of international relevance.
